I have a friend who wrote a book with recipes for people with colitis and wasn't sure if I could post her blurb and link here. (I didn't know she wrote this book nor that she had colitis until recently. I encouraged her to join our group. :) Not sure if she will, but she did say she's pretty open about her diagnosis (lc and cc) on her blog.
