She's saying we need to supplement our clean, more organic diet with supplemental fat-soluble vitamins A, D and K2. We all agree on the D of course. I've been wondering about getting more K2. I'm a little leery of vitamin A also, and like you, I've never tried any K2, (unless it happens to be in the multivitamin that I take).
IMO, she could have come up with a much better title for that article (the one that I linked to).
