I am in Israel and buried in kids. Enjoying them very much.
I really wanted to say Merry Christmas to everyone. Have a wonderful holiday!
One of my grandkids (nearly 9) has been taken by friends to Nazareth to see the celebrations. I have done it many times. Very exciting!
It's not easy with food. I haven't time to go into detail, but generals - no matter how I try to take care, something upsets me every couple of days. It's been tough, but rewarding.
Now I have to play with the 9 month old who has found some beads, and is putting them in his mouth!

Merry Christmas Lesley,
I've been wondering where in the world you were. I didn't realize that you had snuck off to Israel without letting us know that you were leaving the country.
I'm glad that you were able to make the trip, and I hope that you can enjoy every minute of it (except for those occasional unplanned trips the the loo, of course).
Take care of yourself,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Lesley, I am so happy you forged ahead and made the trip, difficult though it was. Did you go to England too? I echo the sentiments of Gabes and Tex--- the time with your family is so important and precious. I'm glad you didn't let the disease keep you trapped at home.
Happy Holidays,
Carol

Hi Lesley - I am so glad you made your trip! I (like others) have wondered where you've been. It must be great to be spending time with your grandchildren. Have a Merry Christmas, have as good of a time as you can have there in spite of your MC, and have a safe trip when you travel back to California.

It's good to see a post from you, Lesley. I presumed that you had gone to Israel and were busy enjoying your grandchildren. Each moment with them is precious.
The food issues will resolve, but it would be nice if they weren't there at all. I applaud you for persevering. I'll be interested in hearing how your flights went.
Happy Holidays!

You never know what you can do until you have to do it.
