Good for you! You took the bull by the horns and did NOT let this disease get the better of you. You are an inspiration, that's for sure! Have you been able to bake any of your "famous" paleo muffins for the family? Have a wonderful time!!! I am also quite interested to hear more details when you get the chance. Have a safe and non-eventful flight home.
