Larabars

Post by Polly »

Hi buddies!

The Larabars recommended by Melissa are quite good. At least the apple pie one is. The ingredients are dates, walnuts, unsweetened apples, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon. And it is uncooked, unprocessed and has no added sugar. It is the closest I've had to an apple pie taste in years! Wonderful with a cup of tea.

Love,

Polly

ABC......Always Buy Colorado

A Lara bar is my weekly treat , or maybe weakly treat.

The Chocolate Coconut Chew is my favorite. No Soy, No grains, no Oils.... Yum.

Check them out at

http://www.larabar.com/

They are made of dried fruit so contain a good dose of sugar so don’t get carried away. I eat only a half a bar in any three day period.

Enjoy

Karen,

Check out the website that Matthew provided. They have a store locater. Do you have an REI or Kroger's or Wild Oats nearby? Those are listed for S.C. If not, there is an email address and phone number to get additional info. for your state.

Oh, Goody - we have a Kroger here, I'll check it out. I can't believe we still don't have a Wholefoods in Columbia.........

Thank you for drawing my attention to the store locator, Polly. It is always sweet to find a new treat
