Dear wonderful friends!
Aw Shucks, you all are making me feel so GOOD!! I can't believe how quickly it happened & feel very lucky. You all have helped me so very much with your support & inspiration. It all seemed so hard but then I would read your posts & feel your warmth & humor & knew I could do it. I feel so blessed to be part of this warm loving family I am so very grateful that I found you & bless you all. Love, peace & light, Rita

Great about the remission
Hey Twin,
Think things can only get better from here! Like someone has said, one day you'll wake up and realize that you're not as tired, and where did those aches and pains go anyway?
Yep, fatigue takes the longest, but when you're able to do more, you're busier, and just don't think about the gradual improvement in stamina until one day you just notice.
I wonder about a member on the old board who had such bad sxs of fibro and RA, and wasn't on the diet. Do you think it's possible for some of these sxs that WOULD'VE responded earlier to diet earlier to finally become irreversible or do you think those of us with gs just mimic those diseases? Of course, the usual understanding seems to be that all these AI things occur to some extent in the same people due to the genetics.
I think you should do a "how to" post for the dietary area of this board. What do you think about outlining the steps on a new post for us M-I's and the interested parties to critique, and then maybe Tex would "pin it up" for you.
Yours, Luce
Anyway, congratulations!
Yours, Luce
