A few weeks ago mislabeled fish in the U. S. were in the news, but apparently the problem is more widespread than that. This brings back memories of the kangaroo burgers that McDonalds was serving a decade or so ago, here in the U. S.

This doesn't do much to disprove my suspicions that mislabeling and cross-contamination are widespread food industry problems these days.
