I too find myself more "down" then I ever have been... and when I think about it, my worst moments usually coincide with a flare. Because I am a personal trainer, I not only have to have energy, but I am the proverbial "cheerleader". Who wants to spend an hour twice a week with a downer? So I have taken it upon myself to be an example. I have shared it all with my clients so they can understand what I am going through, but to also show them that whether you are trying to lose weight, get fit, or heal your gut, that it takes determination and patience. And that even though life throws all of us curve balls, it's up to each of us to find a way to make the most out of this life.

I hope you find your way closer to the acceptance stage. I hope we all do :)
