I've wondered if it would be worth it for me to take the other panel tests. However, if I'm not mistaken, they also look for antibodies to determine if you're reactive to them. Since I only been eating three of the foods tested for the past 2 1/2 years, I probably wouldn't have antibodies to any of the rest of the foods and would get a low average result. Does my reasoning sound logical?

I believe you're correct. At least I think I remember reading somewhere that those tests are also IgA ELISA tests, though they're obviously set up somewhat differently than the other tests.
