I thought I had become a very good label reader since going GF about 20 months ago. But I let my guard down when I saw this beautiful jar of black cherry jam. All Natural, no HFCS, nothing artificial. Quaint Swiss village. Sounds perfect!
It wasn't until after I had spread it all over my Pamela's GF pancakes that I saw "Contains: Wheat." What??? Why???
