My large intestine doesnt have any ligaments holding it in place - hence why i have had 3 x bowel surgery for contusions and the small bowel was quite damaged by adhesions. my small bowel is also adhered to the left ovary. (all before age 25)

i then started natural therapy support, diet management and things improved (i was GF/LF/YF 90% of the time for about 10 years before my MC Dx)

since the MC Dx, following low inflammation, leaky gut healing eating plan, the occurance of cramping pains is now very rare. struggling to remember the last time i had them.
prior to this, especially if i was physically or emotionally stress/tired i would have cramping pains for days, and sometimes for weeks.

Holy moly, Gabes. And you just reminded me that my left ovary had adhesions. I wonder if it was adhered to the small intestine.... My MC started 3 years after the ovary was removed although I had had relatively minor bowel issues much of my life.

It seems like there's always more than one problem contributing to our MC.
