The Power of Thought

Hello Friends,

I absolutely love this! Your BRAIN is the biggest tool at your disposal to help heal yourself and improve your body (even exercise without exercising!).

Brain neoplasticity it's called. Practice MINDFULNESS in your life. Read this.

Now you're talkin'! That's my kind of exercise.

Seriously, though, it's amazing what the brain can do. For many years it was believed that the human body was capable of repairing any damaged tissue, anywhere in the body, except for the brain. It was believed that once brain tissue was damaged, it could never be repaired. Now though, experiments have shown this to be incorrect, and it is known that at least in parts of the brain, brain tissue can be regenerated.

Thanks for posting this.

Love,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

L O L Tex!

My kind of exercise too! Just think about it and it's done! The lazy woman exercise.

I've tried to apply that theory to other things, like right now getting my book edited without doing the work, but it doesn't seem to work

Perfect! I have been thinking about exercising all day. I even got my exercise ball inflated. Now, instead of guilt, I feel so triumphant. Hours and hours of exercise.

Gee, I've been visualizing going back to the gym all winter. I should be really toned up by spring.

Lesley,

Ha, ha, ha....Get off your tuches and do something! Or just sit there and visualize it

Gloria---you may have to change your tagline. "You never know what you can do until you DON'T have to do it"
