After eating no gluten and dairy for only 5 days now..I already started missing yoghurt to much!! I can imagine I'm not the only one with this kind of yoghurt-addiction..so I thought I need to share this:)!
Cause..right now I've got an bowl of glass in my fridge with some pretty good cashewyoghurt:)! Very easy..and tasting soo good!
You only need like 250gr of cashewnuts, 2 probiotica capsules, water...and a blender. Put the cashewnuts in the blender, add some water (the nuts needs to be under water, but not much more 'cause otherwise you'll get some watery-yoghurt). Add the probiotic capsules and blend till it is a smooth kind of mixture. Then, just putt it a bowl made of glass, cover it with a cheesecloth or towel and putt in the fridge for 36 hours.
