Yep, you'll remember her from that funny book she wrote that was recommended to many of us by Polly and others as a good introduction into the problems people have with grains. Polly, what IS the name of that book, anyway? Thought I'd never forget that one.
Anyway, at our local celiac meeting tonight, it was revealed that she's to be speaker for our next meeting. Think that's something like February, but I'm not for certain. Will have to post the exact date once it's published in our newsletter, just in case anyone close enough would want to join us for that. I've never heard her speak before, but if she's funny in person as she is in that book, we should be quite entertained.

I am not Polly obviously, but here his a link to Jax Peters web page and latest work. The first book is “ Against the Grain” and her latest book is “The Gluten Free Bible” I highly recommend the first one and have perused the second. It is on my wish list

Thanks Matthew. Such a catchy title, and still I forget. Do you suppose it's the PERMANENT part of the gluten damage?
Sure is nice to see you posting. I usually don't make it too far down the line in terms of reading, and especially responses, but I always wonder how folks are getting along.
Take care, and stay warm. Oh, and you can send us some of that cold air over there, ok.
Yours, Luce
