mzh, yeah, you should stick to cereals that actually SAY gluten free. Chex cereals are safe. I mix corn chex ( for crunch) and cinnamon for sweetness ( but not too much). Cadia brand has a line, and Envirokids at trader Joes has a few.

Sugar causes gas for me, too. And yep, as Leah says, it's best to stick with cereals that are labeled GF, because most (though not all) of the others contain barley malt.
