I don't understand why it will take them 5 years to do it — they could do it in a year or less if they wanted to. They should have made the change several years ago if they were concerned about it. Such a distant target date makes me wonder if they are hoping that the whole issue will blow over before then. LOL.

Of course, the bad news is that by 2018, there won't be many foods remaining that can honestly be labeled as Non-GMO. :sigh:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
