Gluten Free Bread and Baking

Post by birdlover3 »

Hi. I think I'm going to try making my own Gluten-Free bread.

I know nothing about bread machines and I understand it's much easier than the old hand-method.

Do you have to spend alot on a bread machine or will a cheaper model be ok?

I have a Sunbeam 5890 breadmaker. I got it used, free, so I don't know what they cost new. I checked online just now, and see prices below $45 on ebay.

It works fine, so I'm thinking you don't need to buy a super-expensive machine. Mine doesn't have a special gluten-free setting, but it still turns out okay.
