tomato sauce test

I've never had trouble with cooked tomato sauce or even raw tomatoes (which I rarely eat). I do peel the skin off them when I do eat them. I feel like tomato skins and pepper skins cause me trouble, but not the flesh.

Hi Leah,

could I have the name of that brand? I hope they sell it in Belgium too... :s I love spaghetti, but I just can't eat it! I hope this works for me...

Hi Leah,

It was Udi's premade crust, 2 pack, $3.77 per pack at Publix. About double that at my health food store. It reminded me of Dominoes thin crust pizza. I'm sure a GF pie dough can be made but I don't have the time--it's all I can do to keep up with my cooked proteins and cooked veggies, rice, potatoes and sweet potatoes.
