I have been vigilant about NOT getting dairy. I wish I could have some, but unless there is something that I am getting inadvertently (and believe me thinking about my diet takes up a HUGE portion of my life right now so it would surprise me if there is something) I cannot imagine what is causing the aching. Its worse some days than others.

Also, I don't like bananas but have had some of late. I'll have to pay more attention to that. I never would have thought of it, Leah. What about applesauce? I am eating a good bit of that and I know it can be binding.

Hi Jane,
I had joint pain for about 10 weeks straight when I was healing and had problems walking from the parking lot to the grocery store and walking around the grocery store. (This from someone who b/f the disease walked 12 miles a week.) In my case I think it was just the disease. As I healed the joint pains went away. Have you tried epsom salt baths?
