I had a high deductible at one time that hardly paid for a thing. Paying for those EpiPens that with luck, you'll never have to use seems so wrong in so many ways!

I've kept eggs for more than a month, unrefrigerated, when we lived in Indonesia, so I'd think that two weeks in the refrigerator would be no problem.

My grandma used to keep eggs from her sister's farm in the garage, on the floor for weeks. I've heard though that as we "tamper" with them (coatings, etc.) that may not be valid anymore.
