Hi, I forgot one way we collected g-f products was to ask the members who were attending one of our meetings was to bring in the g-f foods they did not open and were still within the expiration date. We got a table full of product. There are many gluten intolerance groups in each state. Two groups, CSA and G.I.G can be found online and they list all the local support groups in each state. Jon

Bill O'Reilly of Fox News recently has gone GF and he openly promotes it. He also does a lot of charity work.
