Jane- glad you found some. I've gotten so many ideas here on what to eat and always feel more comfortable trying products that others with MC have used. It's not always a guarantee but it sure does beat taking a blind guess and hoping for the best!
It's always been an irritant to me the cost of my food compared to my family's groceries. Early on I refused to pay such high prices because it seemed so ridiculous but only hurt myself in the end. Health is the priority so it doesn't matter that I don't like it.

The food Adam and I eat costs SO much more than many of my friends. We only eat grass fed pasteurized meat, eggs, wild caught fish, and organic produce. Luckily many people are demanding these foods so stores are stocking them and the prices are coming down a bit. Sprouts has been carrying fresh grass fed meat from Uruguay at very reasonable prices, and WF has some lamb, FINALLY grass fed from NZ, and way lower in price than lamb available at TJs.It's always been an irritant to me the cost of my food compared to my family's groceries. Fish is still very expensive so I eat it less often.
When I eat meat that is NOT GF my cholesterol soars and my BP goes up. Those are results I can see. I am hoping there are other good results happening in my body.
Adam says when he eats as well as he is eating now he has way more energy, so I guess the cost is worth it!
