I agree with you and Tex. Pepto Bismol may not agree with you.
ldubois,
Fascinating website. I love how she goes into detail explaining what worked and what didn't. If I get brave enough to make almond milk yogurt, or if I can tolerate coconut milk again, I'll try her methods.
Thank you for asking. My rash is completely gone. The cortisone cream helped, of course, but I think taking two antihistimanes a day kept it away. I'm continuing to take 1 Claritin Reditab each morning. I reduced to 1/2 Claritin per day and I started to see a rash again. I'm a little nervous about summer, since that's when the itchy head bumps begin appearing. I may add Zyrtec to my daily regimen once summer begins.Polly wrote:BTW, how are things going? Is the rash/itching better? What helped it?
DH had been applying cream on his (I think) psoriasis skin circles. They faded, he stopped applying the cream, and now they're returning. I'm trying to get him to order the Enterolab testing because it's clear we've passed on some autoimmune genes to our children and grandchildren.
My MC...well, the good news is that I'm down to a three-day 2-1-1 regimen with Entocort. I was doing fine until I ate some Pop Corners two days ago. I was up at 3:30 a.m. emptying my colon - not fun. That settles whether they bother me. I suspect the sunflower oil. I had eaten them for a year without a problem, but I was on a higher dosage of Entocort. I'm still searching for a replacement snack. I made some pork sausage patties to snack on, but I suspect the rosemary and/or the nutmeg bother me. How can we be sooo sensitive?
