GOOD gluten free bread for bread maker
Just got a bread maker and I'm looking for a really good GF bread recipe. Thanks, Barb

Barb,
Hodgson Mills Gluten Free mix is really good. I make it in my bread machine once a week for my husband. (I eat almond bread as I'm staying away from yeast).
Hodgson Mills is sold at Walmart, and a little less than $4. a box, so it is reasonable. It bakes a nice high loaf, too.
My second choice is Bob's Red Mill, Really Wonderful GF bread mix.
I tried for a very long time to mix my own flours to make bread in my machine, but was so disappointed in the finished product, I just started buying the mixes. Maybe you'll have better luck!
Also, look on Pinterest for recipes!

Thanks Linda, I did find yesterday the Red Mill Really Wonderful mix and it came out VERY GOOD. IT tastes good too. I'll next try the Hodgson Mills one you mentioned. Since I cut the bread REALLY THIN it'll take me awhile to eat this one. It was really fun making the bread and I'm glad I bought the mix instead of all those different flours I would have had to buy. I'm glad you told me you had problems with the mixing....I might eventually try it, but for my first time, I decided to do a mix. Thanks for commenting! Barbldubois7 wrote:Barb,

GF bread
I agree with Linda! Both brands she mentioned are good and so much easier than trying to make from scratch. It is worth the money not to be frustrated. I have had some real flops! Good luck!
