I'd be trying as much as possible before taking a break from the Entocort, after watching the experiences of those who have had breaks and gone back to it.
Have a go at some self trigger point work as described by the Sock Doc:

Is it possible the pregnancy/delivery has caused some nerve impingement? If the Accupuncture hasn't worked, it may be that some remedial massage or other therapy may help. Try doing some serious stretching, particularly looking for tight butt muscles (google piriformis stretches), or tension in the lower back when you do twists.
Can you help me think this through?

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your responses. Sorry for the delay - life with a baby!
I've been taking B12 since January, but maybe I haven't been getting enough folic acid to help with absorption. I also just started taking benfotiamine, a form of B1, which has been making a HUGE difference with some nerve damage I've had in one of my toes since November (thanks to wearing heels, which I have now ditched). I can't really afford acupuncture right now, so even though I did about 12 visits and probably would have benefitted from more, I had to stop. I couldn't justify not seeing any real success and paying so much money! And, yes, I should probably see a podiatrist, but, again, that means money. And I've barely worked for the past 7 months, so things are much tighter than normal. I might have to just do it, though. Will keep you updated.
Thanks again.
