Does anyone eat Brazil nuts
I did try to eat the generally recommended amount (on thyroid sites) of 4-5 per day but quit when I found out it may not be a consistent source....plus I really didn't love them. :)

I love Brazil nuts and pick some up when they're on sale in the bulk foods section of the supermarket. Kinda remind me of coconut.

I'm taking magnesium chloride. "Slow Mag". And I'm not having D, just some uncomfortable pain if i push on my abdomen. Today is actually better. I'm hoping it was just something i ate. Thanks for all the input :)

Brazil nuts are tasty..... I should probably avoid them at this point but they are good. It's hard to stop at a handful.
