Tex,

When I first joined the board, you sent me either an email or post to the board that was a paragraph describing the realities of living with MC. It was a great post... something I need to share with a couple people right now who don't understand my limitations. Any chance you can help me find this post or email? It was spot on in explaining to others how MC makes one feel and how it impacts one's life.

BTW, it has been a while since I have posted. I am doing well for the most part but still have some pretty nasty and unpredictable flares. Stress levels are pretty high this year and I know this doesn't help my condition. Am I better today than when I joined the board, most definitely. Am I where I really want to be? No. Not sure that is a realistic expectation, especially as a I grow older.

Anyways, hello everybody again! Long time no see.

Regards,

Rich

Hi Rich,

It's good to "see" you again.

I've written so many posts that I'm drawing a blank from my memory. I looked at my email file and found one from you titled Your Symptoms. It was dated 33 days after you joined the board, and in it you asked 7 questions, to which I responded. Could that be it? Or was it about something else.

This is a link to your first post. Could my first response to you be the one you have in mind?

Tex,

I am glad you are fine. I got nervous this morning when I did not see posts. Boston is not good with the marathon bombings which I cannot believe happen. Thankfully I was in CT doing college tours instead of going to the marathon!

Denise,

I was just trying to catch up on my sleep. Shame on me.

Lucky you were in CT. The world seems to be becoming an increasingly dangerous place. We have too many lunatics on the streets these days. In the good old days, most lunatics were just kind of weird. These days too many of them seem to turn out to be rabid murderers.
