so excited to meet kari!
I just thought I'd share the fact that Kari is coming out to San francisco this week and asked if I wanted to get together. Of course i said yes and i'm happy to report that she is coming over on Friday afternoon. I'm so excited! After meeting Zizzle in person, I am sure that I would like to meet you all if i could :)

I'm at least equally excited about the meet-up . It will be two firsts for me - first time meeting a fellow potty person, and first time in San Francisco.
We are doing a road trip to visit my SO's daughter in SF, and then we are heading north to Portland and Seattle. I'm thrilled about this trip, as this is an area of the country I've never seen. I lived in NYC for 35 years, and spent most of my vacations in Norway (where I grew up and my birth family still lives). Now that I'm retired and my parents are both gone, I'm planning to spend time getting to know my "chosen" country better through road tripping!!!

Thanks for the wishes everyone :).
Didn't know you are in Portland Connie - if you or anyone else in Portland or Seattle are interested in a meet-up, please PM me and perhaps we'll be able to connect. We will probably leave SF, heading North on May 6th, but since we're road-tripping, it's pretty open as to when we'll be where.
Lesley - the LA area is actually the only place in California I have visited (long time ago), but if we ever travel there, I will certainly try to arrange a meet-up - would love to see you :).
Love,
Kari
