Good to know about "constipation" I have missed a few here and there. I made an Appointment with a ND who is also a acupuncturist and has Colitis this week. I am very curious to see what her ideas will be. I have talked/seen different styles of alternative and traditional trying to find a comfortable spot that I trust. I did make it through my daughters Girl Scout camp out last night, I am pretty sure the other moms think I have an eating disorder because I couldn't eat anything they offered :/ but it was a no BM day which is great because I did not want to squat in the woods :))))

You were pretty brave camping out. I'm glad you made it through the night. I wouldn't have been able to, but not because of MC. I'm up several times going the other way. I gave up camping the last time we went because a) I had to squat outside the tent in the middle of the night. No :toilet: nearby. , and b) a critter bit me and I had pus in my leg for over a week. I used to easily handle camping when my daughters were little, but I'm a hotel woman now. I'd love to have a camper, though.
