Thank you Gabes for initiating this topic. I think I need to order this book as well. It does appear I have not completed the grieving process since my MC symptoms started. I have spent all my time focusing on my job, educating myself on what I can eat, of course in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, and trying to fit exercising into my schedule. I have to admit I have carried around the "why me" attitude throughout all of this.
DebE - I have been prone to the crying and outbursts myself. I fully understanding the thought of wanting to fling a plate across the room.
Thank you.

I think I was so relieved (slightly excited) when I got the MC Dx -all the years of weird symptoms were explained - I found this group of people that were the same as me!
I didn't go through the fairness - why me stage..... then
in the last 12 months with renal issues and now the 6th condition to be Dx'd in 3.5 years ( FMS/Fibro) did these type of thoughts come to mind
the other aspect of things like MC is - they are for life, for some the niggly symptoms are always there, our days are constant planning, thinking and " on guard cautiousness ", ensuring that we follow the plan
that is tiring stuff!!
things like this book help you to start the day with inner peace, calm mind.
