Gluten/Antigenic Food Sensitivity Stool Panel
Fecal Anti-gliadin IgA 14 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
Fecal Anti-casein (cow’s milk) IgA 11 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
Fecal Anti-ovalbumin (chicken egg) IgA 8 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
Fecal Anti-soy IgA 5 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
These are my test results. I have a question though, since I am barely over the normal range on dairy, do I have to completely cut it out?

Hi Tam,
Unfortunately anything above 9 is a positive result. Food sensitivities are somewhat like pregnancy in that you either are, or you are not. The relatively low positive result does not mean that you are only slightly sensitive — it means that you have not been reacting long enough to build up a high level of antibodies. As time goes on, the level continues to increase, if we continue to eat that food.
You are fortunate that you only have two primary food sensitivities.
Do you mind if I add your results to our list here?

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
