Planet Smoothie

Post by Jack »

Was wondering if anyone has tried Planet Smoothie’s “light” protein shakes that are advertised as “gluten free.” There's one not far from where I work and would like to try one since my options are limited for lunch and I need something to replace the protein and vitamins I’m missing from my “old” gluten-laden lunches. Have no idea how my colon will react but I need to try something different for lunch.

I googled Planet Smoothies and found they are all made with milk, yogurt, and fresh fruit. All items we should not be eating when trying to heal.
