Thank you again. No, I don't react at all to peas, they just come out undigested, totally. I'm assuming they are like corn though.

No, the shell on peas is not indigestible like corn, but it's not uncommon for that to happen, when MC is active. It's just a sign that your digestive system isn't working well at all.

Hi Rhyes,

Since you are struggling suggest elimate the canned fruit for awhile. Sugars are rough on us early on. Also eliminate peanut butter and peas. Both peanut butter and peas are in the legume (soy familly) and can be tough for us. Safer veggies are generally overcooked carrots or squash. Safer nut butters are cashew butter and almond butter.

I was an entocort user. It helps. Within 3 days I had solid stool and within 3 weeks I was constipated.
It might take longer for some folks to kick in.
