Squatting and the Squatty Potty

Post by Zizzle »

I doubt many MCers need any help going to the bathroom, but I've been reading about the proper position for elimination, and it ain't sitting on a toilet, it's squatting near the floor!

Here's a post about the ergonomics of pooping and a work-around -- the squatty potty!

I believe we have several members who have been using that "reverse technology" since it was first discussed a year or so ago. This is probably a good example of progress that was adopted out of convenience, and it's evidence that so-called progress isn't always actually progress.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I keep a footstool in the bathroom. Between the footstool and the soft-spray bidet, my bathroom is very MC-sufferer-friendly.
