"the Paleo Slow Cooker"

Post by Polly »

is a new cookbook by Arsy Vartarian.

The reviews on amazon are what enticed me to buy this cookbook. Rave reviews about the recipes! I have tried 2 of them so far, and they really DO pack a great flavor punch! I think they will be perfect for entertaining non-paleo friends, too. Paleo food is usually so simple that it is rarely considered to be "gourmet" food. The recipes I have tried did taste like gourmet entrees.

Love,

Polly

Thanks Polly. I'll definitely check it out. Paleo seems to work for me and I'm extremely fond of my slow cooker. Anything to make the cooking and planning easier is a huge relief.
