After Entrolab test results now what
Foods with no issues Plus 1 Plus 2 Plus 3
Chicken Rice
Tuna
Oat
Corn
Pork
Walnut
Beef
White potato
Cashew
Almond
Fecal Anti-gliadin IgA 10 Units (Normal Range is less than 10 Units)
Are there other food that could cause issues that were not test for?
Also is rice something that I will never be able to have again, or if i stay off Gluten for a year or two could I add back in rice. Most Gluten substitutes for breads, crackers, cookie mixes, pizza mixes are made with Rice atleast in my area.
Although I have MC I don’t not have d or c like most, just bloating, minor nausea and stomach cramping that comes and goes.

with Carol. Without the category rankings of those foods, and without knowing the overall score for those 11 antigenic foods, the list you posted means nothing. The way they are ranked in your test results is crucial for understanding the meaning of your results. We can't answer your questions unless we understand your actual results.
Also, did you test for casein, soy, eggs, or anything else?

You're fortunate if you showed no sensitivity to all the foods that you listed. Most of us have more food sensitivities.
Whether you will be able to eat rice again may depend on your overall score on the 11 antigenic foods test. What was that score?
If you feel that you have to buy processed foods, look for substitutes made from corn. In most parts of the country, alternatives made from corn should be available. If you like GF pasta, for example, pasta made from corn is usually much better than pasta made from rice.

If your overall score on the 11 Antigenic Foods test was 5, then rice is very likely to be a minor problem for you. If I were in your shoes I would avoid rice for a few months, and then test it, to see if I reacted. IMO, rice is not likely to be a long-term problem, based on your test score.
If you don't trust the gluten test result, totally avoid gluten for about a month, and then test it by eating a sandwich, or a piece of cake, or pasta, or something else loaded with gluten. You should be able to see some symptoms if you are sensitive to it.

Its strange for me as I can eat gluten for a few days, and have no problem, then other times I have stomach cramps for 15 to 20 hours straight, no diarrhea, but some nausea, sometimes I get cold and other times I am very hot and always have trouble sleeping. Although was I was diagnosed as having MC, my symptoms are very different from everyone else on here as I have only had diarrhea three like 3 times in a year.
On one hand I do feel fortunately compared to most as my symptoms are less severe, but at least everyone here knows what’s wrong with them (95% certainly). After reading your book and see hundreds of posts on here I sometimes wonder what is wrong with me. Is it possible to have a fringe case of MC, but when things act up it is pretty severe, stomach wise.

3.5 years post Dx, I know that I can eat gluten, dairy and even a small amount of soy and not have an instant reaction. more importantly i know if I keep eating those ingredients then the inflammation will increase. I am not willing to risk the damage. it is damage that may not be able to healed.
The wellness of our whole body from this point forward is reliant on good quality digestion process.

For many of us, our symptoms might seem very similar, while for others they are very different. But as Gabes points out — regardless of the symptoms, the treatment is the same, namely, avoid the foods that cause us to generate inflammation. If we don't avoid those foods, not only do we continue to damage our gut, but we continue to develop additional autoimmune diseases as time goes on.

I had sporadic symptoms starting 10 years ago, similar to your's, diarrhea several times a year. Then the last 5 years I have had very persistent symptoms with diarrhea, gurgling and bloating. It was not until I found this forum, 2 months ago and made diet changes, that I have been able to reduce the MC symptoms. So for me the disease process started slow and then became constant. I was only diagnosed 1 1/2 years ago, wish I had made diet changes in the early phase of the disease. I have never had an obvious reaction to gluten, but my Entrolab results indicated that I was sensitive so I have eliminated that and other foods from my diet and have had decent results.
Why not make diet changes and see if you can get the diarrhea down to zero times a year?

Thank you for all of your posted. I gave up gluten (95%) on Jan 6th (will be 100% from here), due to a really bad stomach episode, but never gave up the rice, and continued to have some smaller yet still annoying stomach issues. Sometimes the fear of stomach issues in the evening has caused stress and certainly has caused some sleeping issues. I have decided to give up rice now (from ceareals and gluten free breads), and will fill in the blanks with other foods.
Is there any other foods that might cause issues that maybe I wasn’t tested for? and can Entrolab actually tell you are safe with a food type when and you are actually not.
