anti-anxiety meds?

Hi all. I just found out that my cousin has been suffering with D for years now and they can't seem to find what's wrong with her. I think her next step is to go to Stanford Medical. Anyway, it definitely sounds like an IBD and I am trying to help her with her diet.

Anyway, she has been put on an anti-anxiety med ( I don't know which one yet), but I need to know if there are any out there that won't make things worse. ow about antidepressants? I know this has been discussed before and i apologize for asking again. I need to take notes when I read these threads... especially if I am going to try helping all kinds of people with digestio problems.
