Would you recommend MRT testing if you can't find what you react to? I can eat white potato, popcorn, eggs, beans, and chicken and not react. I know I can't eat tomatoes and of course gluten and dairy. I've had the Enterolab test over a year and a half ago, and have done well until now. I am doing pepto, and safe foods. I have no idea what I react to other then the three major ones.

When you are doing the pepto when can you start adding other foods?

Why can't some of you do probiotics? My Dr. put me on digestive enzymes and probiotics a long time ago, and there has been no reaction to them.

Than you,

Hi Barb. I haven't done MRT, but I'm sure someone else will chime in who has.
I do however react badly to probiotics. I thin the reason is that you are introducing strains of bacteria that your body sees as" invaders" ... similar to what happens with foods that you are intolerant to.
