Still feel horrible

A friend of mine, who has no idea how to ask how I am without it being a loaded question, thinks that since I now have Licorice I should be totally cured.

There are better days and worse days, and this week has been WAY worse, not helped by my back being sooo painful, and the GERD, well, back to the drawing board.

Licorice is also having a few accidents with pee, and today I found a big poop behind the TV, although I took her out and she had a bit of diarrhea. The poop I found inside looked fine, but it was NOT fine that it was there.
She knew it was wrong, and was so ashamed. I have been taking her out a lot, certainly every time she goes to the door, and a few more times to boot.
She often messes around, rolling in the grass and playing, but nothing else. I tell her to shi* or get off the pot, but she doesn't. Now the poop inside.
Ideas?
