Am I healing

Post by lando »

I have been egg free and gluten free since I got my results. But stayed on apriso. Now I have stopped taking the apriso 2 weeks ago, and haven't had D, for over a month now. My GI system feels more normal now.

Hi Lando,

So far, so good.

Please give yourself plenty of time to heal, before experimenting with adding any foods that might be risky.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

That's definitely encouraging. Like Tex said, give yourself time, but it sounds like you are off to a good start.

Congrats.

Sounds very promising! I agree that you should wait to "celebrate" by testing new foods.

Thanks, there are no foods to test or add back in, since I have only taken out Gluten and Eggs.
