I'm Back...

Post by MBombardier »

Hi Friends...

It turns out that I don't do well without support. Imagine that... So I'm back. I don't know how much I'll be posting, but I'll be here. I missed you.

Hi Marliss,

Welcome back. We missed you, too.

Hey Marliss!
I don't know what I would do without this group. It's so important to have people who understand what you are going through.

Welcome back Marliss. You were posting a lot when I joined a few years ago and I wondered about you. People seem to drop in and out depending upon how they are feeling and how complicated their lives become. Sarah has not returned and I wonder and worry about her. She was a wonderful source of advice and commiseration as were so many "old timers".

Glad you are back.

Hi Marliss! I'm a bit sporadic myself with posting, but try to check in several times a week! Can't live without these wonderful people. JoAnn

Y'all are sweet!

LOL, Martha, I was so glad that I reached ATL two hours before my girls. I didn't have a smart phone at the time, or internet access for my laptop, and the car rental company had to have a paper or online copy of our plane reservation from GSP (where we were dropping off the car) before they would let me have it. I had to call Thomas, have him get on my email, and email the car rental manager a copy of our reservations. What a hassle! I got back to the terminal just half an hour before my girls got there.

Marliss,

How did anything ever get done back in the days when you just showed up at a car rental place at the airport and wanted to rent a car? No cell phones, no email, no faxes, no internet...just people and money. Maybe you had to show your paper ticket.
