Raw Meal Protein Meal Replacement

Post by gluten »

Hi, I recieved the product and have been taking it for five days. I started with one scoop and now take two scoops/day. It provides 34 grams of protein, 7 grams of soluble fiber and 3 grams of insoluble fiber. The only negative ingredient is "natto" [fermented soy] the natural source of vitamin K. The day after the first scoop the BM was formed better and less gas. After five days I am having one BM a day and it is a five on the BSC. I bought it online and it costs about $33 and you get 14 meals at two scoops/day. I have had no negative reaction to this meal replacement. I take as my mid-day meal. I tastes better than some of the other protein supplements I have used. It has the same consistency as my nutri-blasts. Jon

Gluten, You would probably also like SunWarrior - Warrior Blend. I like it because it contains no dairy, egg, gluten, soy, added sugar, wheat, or yeast, and it tastes pretty good with almond milk. They're both good products, but I can't have soy. I've tried a few vegan protein powders, and I don't like many of the tastes, but I can drink the SunWarrior. I order online and google a coupon code, (10to20Off) which gives you free shipping and 20% off.

An informative video that compares these two products and one other brand:

I use jarrow brown rice protien (11grams protein) and Growing Naturals brown rice protien (24 grams). The texture on both isnt great but tolerable. The Growing Naturals brand is better IMO. I need to avoid the soy. I usually dump a scoop in my cereal if I dont eat a breakfast with meat.
