Hi everyone, and thanks so much for the birthday wishes and kind words!

We went to the beach for a few days over my birthday and had an enjoyable time. There is an Italian restaurant there (Rehoboth Beach in DE) where the chef will cook my GF pasta separately and make up a dish from the list of safe ingredients I give him. He made up a yummy dish from EVOO, garlic, bell peppers, shrimp, onions, and zucchini. I actually felt like a "normal" (or should I say "Norman"?) person dining out! LOL!
