Alternative to Nsaids

Is there an alternative to Nsiads, since we can't take them, for Pain and inflammation.

Safe (as far as MC is concerned) analgesics include acetaminophen (Tylenol), Tramadol (Ultram, and many other brand names), and narcotic type painkillers. There are also a few natural type remedies that some people try (such as Boswellia serrata), usually with limited success. Some would suggest willow bark, but willow bark contains salicylic acid, so that makes it an NSAID.
