gluten free/soy free cosmetics

Post by ldubois7 »

Has anyone tried Ultra Pure Mineral Cosmetics

They are:

Vegan
Gluten Free
Soy Free
Dye/Lake Free
No Carmine

I am looking for lip stick/gloss, and it's not easy to find soy & gluten free products.

I'd rather get something locally, but I only have Walmart, Kmart & drug stores in my area.

Linda, take a look at Desert Essence and Badger products at Vitacost.

Thanks, Zizzle.

I found this, too:

http://www.cleure.com/Mineral-Makeup-s/203.htm

These products are (mostly) soy, all gluten and salicylic acid free.....but they are all so expensive! Yikes!

I just wrote a long-ish post on makeup, and my computer ate it--i hope it doesn't post twice. what i was saying basically was that NARS, Dior and Armani seem to be safe.

Alima Pure and Everyday Minerals are as well.

Burt's Bees (all but the pot--see their website); Physician's Formula and even Neutrogena, i believe.

Just remember--sephora delivers! :)

i usually google [name brand] gluten free and find tons of resources from people who have recently contacted the company and received responses. good luck! i love makeup!

I just found some at Walmart. Physicians Formula Youthful Wear products are gluten free. It even says so on the box!

Also, the Neutrogena Naturals products are gluten free !

Joy!
