Enterolab - Just ordered Panel C

Post by humbird753 »

Hi everyone - I have already tested with Panel A through Enterolab. That was within the last couple of months. Still having watery D 2 to 3 times a day, so I believe there must be something else I am eating, so decided to order Panel C through Enterolab.

I have tried Clariton Reditabs, and noticed no change. All the foods I eat come from my home, and are 1 ingredient foods.

Wish me luck. I am hoping for good results, of course.

Good for you Paula. :xfingers: :xfingers: :xfingers: that it provides some meaningful answers that will bring you further along the road to remission. Even though you're doing much better than before addressing diet, I'm glad to hear that you're not giving up on finding the elusive "missing link". Wishing you all the best and look forward to hearing about the results of the test.

Love,

I'll be interested in your results, as I'm sure others here will be also. I hope they allow you some closure and you begin to see Normans.

Hi Paula,

Best wishes in finding the next piece of the puzzle for you. And kudos for digging deeper. I hope your BMs improve soon.

Thank you for your encouraging comments. I thought I could figure this out on my own, but I am also not diligent enough to cut down to only a few foods, then add one at a time to figure out which ones may be giving me a problem. So, this test should eliminate the guess work.

It's interesting when I read patterns of BM's others have (such as maybe 2 times in the a.m., and no more). I have most of mine within 1 to 2 hours after my meals, thus the 3 BM's per day.

I will keep everyone posted on the results I get.

I just order the same panel C on Friday. Have been doing much better since going back on Asacol and Doxepin and perhaps because I have eliminated gluten, dairy, soy, corn and many other foods.
