I found this article in the Living Without magazine very interesting regarding the increase in the number of cases of Celiac in the US since 1993 and also the development of new tests and a new drug. Thought others would be also interested in reading it.

Those researchers are mercenaries, hoping to get rich from the development of a drug that will have limited success at actually preventing inflammation, but it will surely sell like hotcakes anyway, because most people are gullible enough to believe that a pill can "cure" anything that ails them.
