Hi Lesley, I considered taking ginseng supplements. I ask a N.D, are there any side effects and she stated " That they can increase blood pressure". So, I decided to take 200mgs/day of CoQ10 and it has helped with more energy. It is a antioxidant. Jon

I agree with Jon, CoQ10 is much better option for energy.

Most supplements that help with energy also stimulate the immune system.... Our immune system is active enough! CoQ10 is one that doesn't stimulate immune system.

Albeit, finding soy free CoQ10 is not easy
At first I was paying about $60 $80 for a compound form of powder which lasted a month.....and adding it to my rice protein shakes..... With recent events I can no longer afford that option.

The same company that makes the sublingual vit D3 that i use, just release a soy free CoQ10 lozenge sub lingual.....
It's affordable, good. It just gives me bad wind!!!!

What sort do you take, Gabes?

Wind - I have it anyway. I might as well not get exhausted by every fart!

I've been taking Country Life CoQ10 for a couple of years now. I am pretty sure it is soy free and quite reasonable. Especially if you get it on iherb.com.
