Yes, I've tried amaranth flour. It has an "earthy" taste. I didn't like it very much and wasn't bothered when it started to bother me. Pecan was the only yellow nut on my MRT test. All the rest were green. Almonds were about 1.7. Pistachio, hazelnut, walnut, and cashew were all less reactive values, but I don't eat any of them other than hazelnut and walnut oils. I reacted to cashews like many others on the board. I think I did know that cashews were in the same family as mangos. That may be why I waited 2 years to try a mango. Mango was my lowest fruit MRT score.
