I live fairly close to this facility and would like to know if anyone knows anything about it, other than what is on their website.
The articles and videos on gluten sensitivity and celiac are very informative. I know they use Cyrex testing for cross-contamination (foods that mimic gluten according to them) but they are kind of expensive so I thought I see if I can get any personal experience recommendations.
